07 - 1 tbsp maple syrup
08 - 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
09 - 1/2 tsp sea salt
10 - 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Combine almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds in a large mixing bowl.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, maple syrup, sea salt, and cinnamon if using, then pour over the nut mixture and toss to coat evenly.
04 - Spread the coated mixture evenly on the prepared baking tray.
05 - Roast in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden and fragrant. Monitor closely to prevent burning.
06 - Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before stirring in dried cranberries.
07 - Serve immediately in a bowl or transfer to an airtight container for storage.
