# Directions:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
02 - Transfer the mixture onto a large serving platter. Use a spatula to shape it into a melted snowman form—create a large irregular circle with a smaller mound on top representing the head.
03 - Place two olive slices on the head for eyes and several small olive pieces for a smiling mouth. Insert the carrot nose centrally on the face. Arrange olives or peppercorns down the body as buttons. Lay red bell pepper strips around the neck as a scarf. Insert pretzel sticks into the sides as arms. Optionally, sprinkle chopped parsley or chives for added color.
